The VM700T is a video measurement instrument designed for PAL video signals. It offers automatic and manual measurement modes, real‑time graphical displays, and a range of analysis functions such as noise spectrum, group delay, K‑factor and differential gain/phase.
The system supports three input channels with differential options, remote operation via RS‑232C (FTP or TELNET), and a variety of optional accessories for NTSC, dual‑standard, audio, and other measurements.
