The RAiO RA8806 is a text and graphics mode point matrix liquid crystal display (STN-LCD) controller. It features built-in dual-layer display memory and 512Kbyte ROM for character codes, supporting Traditional Chinese (BIG5), Simplified Chinese (GB), and ASCII characters. The device supports MPU interfaces compatible with 8080/6800 series processors and can be configured for 4-bit or 8-bit data buses. This manual is written in Chinese.
