This document is the specification of RAiO RA8825 128x33 LCD driver controller, which mainly introduces the product's features, functions, interface definition, electrical characteristics, etc.
The RA8825 LCD driver controller supports up to a 128 × 33 segment LCD panel and includes 528 Bytes of display memory plus a 354 Byte scroll buffer, which reduces MCU load and enables smooth scrolling. It offers parallel 8080/6800 4‑ or 8‑bit interfaces as well as 3‑wire and 4‑wire serial modes, and integrates voltage‑boost, regulator and follower circuits for flexible power handling.
The document provides a detailed system block diagram, pin definitions for MPU, LCD panel, clock and power interfaces, and describes the register set, functional blocks, display functions, and electrical characteristics.
