The RA8815 is a 128×33 graphic/writing LCD drive controller with built‑in 256 KB font ROM, 528 Byte display RAM, 354 Byte buffer, and 256 Byte SRAM for custom characters. It supports multiple language sets, including Chinese, English, Japanese and ASCII, and provides both horizontal and vertical scrolling functions.
