This manual covers the installation, wiring, parameter settings (current/subdivision), and troubleshooting for the Leisai DM556 digital two-phase stepper…
The Leisai DM556 is a digital two-phase stepper motor driver utilizing 32-bit DSP technology. It features built-in micro-stepping capabilities allowing for arbitrary subdivision settings between 200 and 51200, as well as adjustable output current within the rated range. The device includes an automatic parameter tuning function to optimize performance for various motors. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Output Current Range | 0.1 - 5.6 A |
|---|---|
| Step Pulse Frequency | 0 - 200 KHz |
| Insulation Resistance | 50 MΩ |
The user can set arbitrary subdivisions between 200 and 51200.
When SW4 is set to 'off', the static current automatically reduces to half of the dynamic current.
