The Harris CD004 Hematoxylin Stain is a reagent extracted from logwood (Haematoxylincampechianun) for nuclear staining. It functions by binding to the negatively charged phosphate groups of nuclear DNA when complexed with aluminum or iron salts as mordants, forming a blue-purple color. This manual is written in Chinese.
Add glacial acetic acid to the stain at a ratio of 25:1 immediately before use.
The recommended staining time is 2 to 2.5 minutes.
