About this manual

The Security Dialogue solution enables authorized operators to work safely in hazardous machine areas by using hand‑held enable switches (XY2‑AU) together with safety monitoring modules (XPS‑VC). The system requires the operator to select a safe mode, often with a key‑switch, and the machine is slowed before the enable switch temporarily disables the normal protective devices.

The solution includes dual‑hand control panels, foot‑switches, and a range of accessories. All components comply with international safety standards (EN/WIEC 60947‑1, IEC/EN 60947‑5‑1, EN 574, EN 999, IEC 60204‑1, etc.) and are rated for harsh industrial environments with IP66 protection, wide temperature ranges, vibration and shock resistance, and a mechanical life of one million operations. This manual is written in Chinese.
