This is a datasheet that introduces the characteristics and usage methods of three high-performance 16-bit digital signal controllers, dsPIC33FJ32MC302/304, dsPIC33FJ64MCX02/X04 and dsPIC33FJ128MCX02/X04.
The dsPIC33FJ series are high‑performance 16‑bit digital signal controllers featuring up to 40 MIPS operation, Harvard architecture, and extensive peripheral sets. They support industrial (‑40 °C to +85 °C) and extended (‑40 °C to +125 °C) temperature ranges and include up to 128 KB flash and 16 KB SRAM.
The devices offer flexible clock options, DMA, multiple timers, motor‑control PWM, ADC/DAC converters, communication modules (SPI, I2C, UART, ECAN), and a variety of package options (28‑pin SPDIP/SOIC/QFN‑S, 44‑pin TQFP/QFN). Detailed pin‑out diagrams and product identification codes are provided throughout the document. This manual is written in Chinese.
