About this manual

The PIC10F220 and PIC10F222 are low‑cost 8‑bit CMOS microcontrollers with a RISC core, 33 single‑cycle instructions and up to 8 MHz internal oscillator. They feature on‑chip flash memory, SRAM, ADC, watchdog timer, code protection and low‑power sleep modes.

The devices are offered in 6‑pin SOT‑23 and 8‑pin PDIP packages, operate from 2.0 V to 5.5 V, and are rated for industrial (‑40 °C to +85 °C) and extended (‑40 °C to +125 °C) temperature ranges. They are intended for applications such as personal‑care devices, security systems and low‑power remote transceivers. This manual is written in Chinese.
