TinyM0 T12M Application Development Guide
The TinyM0 T12M is a development board from ZLG (Guangzhou ZhiYuan Electronics) that uses the NXP LPC1227 microcontroller in an LQFP64 package. It includes an on‑board TKScope CK100 emulator and supports a range of Cortex‑M0 applications.
The guide covers the required development tools, the TKStudio IDE, the TKScope CK100 emulator, K‑Flash programming utility, and the serial debugging assistant (TKS‑COM). Detailed steps for project creation, compilation, debugging, and data transmission are provided. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Core MCU | LPC1227 |
|---|---|
| Package | LQFP64 (TinyM0 T12M) |
| CPU frequency | 45 MHz |
| GPIO pins on P2 port | 16 |
| On‑board emulator | TKScope CK100 |
| Supported IDEs | IAR, TKStudio |
It uses the NXP LPC1227 core microcontroller.
The T12M uses an LQFP64 package with an extra P2 port that provides 16 GPIO pins, while the T12 uses an LQFP48 package.
The board includes the TKScope CK100 on‑board emulator.
ZLG provides the TKStudio IDE, which supports the board and works with IAR and other tools.
