SSG3000X Series RF Signal Generator User Manual

SSG3000X series RF signal generators cover a frequency range of 9 kHz to 3.2 GHz. They come standard with AM/FM/PM analog modulation, as well as support for pulse modulation, pulse sequence generators, power meter measurement control kits, and other functions. With the addition of an external baseband source (eg: SDG6000X), IQ modulation can be achieved, making them suitable for R&D, education, production, maintenance and other related fields.
