This document describes the features and characteristics of an N-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFET product manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation, including its low on-resistance, low Miller charge, low QRR body diode, and UIS capability. The product is suitable for applications in the automotive industry such as motor/body load control, ABS systems, powertrain management, injection systems, as well as DC-DC converters and offline UPS.
