You must have the extension number(s) of the VPS, your mailbox and extension number, and the System Manager's phone number.
Press the Intercom Button, dial the extension number connected to the Voice Mail Service, and enter your password followed by the pound sign if required.
The menu allows you to receive messages, deliver messages, check mailbox distribution, check automated attendant status, manage the mailbox, or access other features.
