Fairchild Semiconductor NC7NZ14 Datasheet

The NC7NZ14 TinyLogic UHS Inverter with Schmitt Trigger Input is a high-performance logic chip released by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. It is manufactured using CMOS technology and has ultra-low power consumption, ultra-high speed, and high output drive. The chip's VCC operating voltage range is 1.65V to 5.5V, and the input and output are in a high impedance state when VCC is 0V. The input can tolerate up to 7V of voltage regardless of the VCC operating voltage.
