About this manual

The MC10E137 and MC100E137 are very high speed 8-bit binary ripple counters designed for multiple frequency clock generation and high performance ATE time measurement boards. The device features two least significant bits with very fast edge rates while more significant bits maintain standard ECLinPS output edge rates, allowing operation at high frequencies with moderate power dissipation.

The counter includes both asynchronous and synchronous enable inputs to maximize flexibility for various applications. It supports PECL and NECL operating modes with internal input pull-down resistors and an internally generated Vpp voltage supply available for single-ended use or AC coupling rebiasing.
