The DS9092 is a read/write probe for the iButton family of devices. It consists of simple metal stampings that guide the entry of the iButton and feature accessible shallow cavities to simplify debris removal. The design supports both panel mounting and hand-grip mounting, with options for tactile feedback.
The probe provides the electrical contact necessary for the transfer of data to and from the DS19xx family of iButtons.
The hand-grip mount probe comes attached to a 10 cm handle and a 1-meter cable.
The panel-mount probes are fastened behind the panel with a push-on type spring nut.
