About this manual

The DS2070W is a 16Mb reflowable nonvolatile (NV) SRAM module consisting of a static RAM, an NV controller, and an internal rechargeable manganese lithium (ML) battery. Encased in a 256-ball BGA footprint, the device automatically recharges the battery and powers the SRAM when external power is applied. When Vcc is powered down or out-of-tolerance, the controller write-protects the SRAM and powers it from the internal battery.
