This document describes the structure of a Titin/Obscurin-like 1 complex solved using an Agilent Xcalibur Nova X-ray Diffractometer, providing structural insights into muscle M-band assembly and mechanics.
This document details the use of an Agilent Xcalibur Nova X-ray Diffractometer to solve the crystal structure of a Titin/Obscurin-like 1 Complex. The study involved reconstituting the minimal interacting complex in vitro and solving its X-ray crystal structure in two different forms: Form I (trigonal) and Form II (triclinic). The results suggest that the complex observed crystallographically faithfully recapitulates the solution structure.
