This document provides technical data for the Hewlett-Packard CNW135, CNW136, CNW4502, and new CNW4503 high-speed optocouplers. These devices are designed as high-voltage isolation switches consisting of an AlGaAs LED and a silicon photodetector, suitable for switched-mode power supplies and fast switching applications.
The device provides an insulation resistance of at least 10^9 ohms when tested with 500 V DC.
