SVR1118 Series is a low dropout linear voltage regulator with a 150 ° C operating temperature, a 600 μA static current, a 1 V dropout voltage, a fast settling time, high reliability, and customizable lead forms.
The SSDI SVR1118 Series is a fixed low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator designed to regulate while sourcing or sinking current. It serves as a replacement for the LT1118 series and offers an ultra-low 600µA quiescent current in normal operation, dropping to 10µA in shutdown mode.
The device is available with various lead bend options (straight, down bend, up bend) and packages including TO-257 CerPack, SMD.5, and LCC 28. It supports screening levels for high reliability, space applications, and radiation tolerance upon request.
