This document introduces the MassHunter Study Manager Software software and its features and usage. The software provides a way to create and run one or more studies. A study is a collection of samples that are grouped together. The software provides a simple and easy-to-use user interface that can help users easily create and run studies.
The Agilent MassHunter Study Manager Software allows users to create and execute one or more studies containing grouped samples. The software supports four distinct study types: Worklist-only, Bioanalysis, Optimization Automation, and Drug Discovery Screening. These studies can be organized into a worklist for analysis or placed in the Pending Studies table to run sequentially via the Study Queue.

The Study Queue executes the current study and any studies in the Pending Studies table sequentially when started.
It prevents modification of methods or worklists in the Data Acquisition program while a study is running.
