White Electronic Designs EDI8F81026C 1Mx8 STATIC RAM CMOS MODULE

The EDI8F81026C is a 8Mb CMOS Static RAM produced by White Electronic Designs Corporation. It is based on two 512Kx8 Static RAMs and mounted on an FR4 substrate. The product has a 36 pin DIP package and supports the JEDEC approved revolutionary pinout. All inputs and outputs are compatible with TTL and only need a single 5V supply. The product is fully asynchronous and does not require clocks or refreshing during operation.
