This document describes an SMT inductor with features of high Q factor, high resonance frequency, and high L value. The inductor is suitable for filtering of supply voltages, coupling, decoupling, as well as applications in antenna systems, automotive electronics, and telecommunications terminals.
This document is a technical datasheet for the EPCOS SMT Inductors, SIMID Series B82422-T (SIMID 1210-T). The components are available with either ceramic or ferrite cores and feature laser-welded windings with flame-retardant encapsulation. They are designed to be suitable for reflow soldering via IR and vapor phase methods as well as wave soldering.
