The QUIETIR series 60EPF.. and 60CPF.. are fast soft‑recovery rectifier diodes optimized for low forward voltage drop and short reverse recovery time. They are intended for output rectification, free‑wheeling, and input rectification in inverters, choppers and converters where EMI constraints are critical.
