About this manual

The silicon power rectifier plate heatsink assemblies are offered as complete bridge modules that require no additional assembly. They are available in many circuit configurations, support convection or forced‑air cooling, and can be mounted with brackets or studs. Designs include DO‑4, DO‑5, DO‑8 and DO‑9 rectifiers and are rated for blocking voltages up to 1600 V.

Series 21, 34, 37, 43 and 504 are listed with dimensions, current ratings and temperature limits. Current ratings are given for natural convection cooling and must be derated to 80 % for three‑phase loads. Forced‑air ratings are 2 × the listed values. The document provides detailed tables of size, amperage, and temperature performance for each series.
