About this manual

The TLO11, TLO12, TLO14A, and TLO21 are fixed‑ratio N‑PN current mirrors that provide output currents proportional to input currents while remaining largely independent of voltage, load, and temperature. They use tightly matched bipolar transistors on a monolithic IC to achieve high current‑ratio accuracy.

The datasheet lists absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, typical performance curves, and example application circuits such as current buffers and two‑wire linear transmitters. It also includes typical power‑dissipation figures and temperature derating information.
