About this manual

The VNDOSB is a monolithic double‑channel high‑side smart power solid‑state relay designed for driving resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. Each channel can deliver up to 9 A continuous current at 85 °C and includes built‑in thermal shutdown, under‑voltage protection and an open‑load diagnostic output.

The device operates from a 6‑13 V supply (up to 26 V max), consumes 59 W at 25 °C, and features low standby power. It provides status signals for over‑temperature, open‑load and short‑circuit conditions, and supports fast demagnetization of inductive loads.
