TZA1015 is a data amplifier and laser supply circuit for CD and read-only optical systems (HDALAS) from Philips Semiconductors. It features six input buffer amplifiers with low-pass filtering and virtually no offset. It also features a universal photodiode IC interface, wide bandwidth RF data amplifier, programmable RF gain, programmable RF bandwidth, radial error signal, programmable RF/Fast Track Count (FTC) gain, fully automatic laser control, automatic monitor diode polarity selection, adjustable laser bandwidth and laser switch-on current slope, supply voltage range, temperature range and low power consumption.
