About this manual

The NE5537 (also sold as SE5537) is a monolithic sample‑and‑hold amplifier that combines ion‑implanted JFETs with bipolar devices for high accuracy, fast acquisition, and low droop. It is pin‑compatible with the LF198 and can drive a 2 kΩ load while accepting TTL, PMOS, or CMOS logic inputs.

The datasheet provides absolute maximum ratings, DC electrical characteristics, typical performance curves, and application notes such as multiplexed DAC usage, analog multiplexing, and guidelines for minimizing leakage and feed‑through errors.
