This guide describes the Mitel 5330 IP Phone features and how to use it. The IP Phone can be connected directly to the Mitel 3000 system or installed at a remote location and connected to the system via the Internet. When connected remotely, it retains all the functionality and features of an extension directly connected to the system.
The Mitel 5330 IP Phone provides the same functionality as the Mitel 3000 Feature Phone and can be connected directly to a Mitel 3000 system or remotely via the Internet. It supports extension pairing, allowing two extensions (office and home) to share features and voicemail.
The guide walks you through programming the Broadband Module, configuring VoIP endpoint types, authentication, and advanced settings, as well as changing the VoIP interface between IPWAN and IPLAN. It also includes default passwords, MAC address location, and required static IP information for remote operation.
