MITEL DW9268 handbook
The DW9268 is an IF filter with a centre frequency of 240.192MHz, designed specifically for the Digital Cordless Personal Communications market. It uses GPS's low loss (7dB typical), Transversal filter technology based on a Quartz substrate for excellent temperature stability. A 3dB passband of 1.3MHz (typical) is maintained whilst providing rejection to adjacent and alternate interferers compliant to the DECT Common Interface specification Part 2 - The Physical Layer. The device also exhibits excellent close-in and ultimate rejection, which combined with a Group Delay Ripple of 200ns maximum makes the DW9268 an ideal IF filter for Digital Cordless Personal Communications systems. The device is packaged in a surface mount, leadless ceramic chip carrier, suited to high volume automated assembly systems.
MITEL MT8920B DATA SHEET
The ST-BUS Parallel Access Circuit (STPA) provides a simple interface between Mitel’s ST-BUS and parallel system environments. It features high-speed parallel access to the serial ST-BUS, optimized for 68000 µP, fast dual-port RAM access, flexible interrupt capabilities, selectable channel operation, programmable loop-around modes, and low power CMOS technology.
MITEL MH88435-P handbook
Mitel MH88435 Data Access Arrangement (D.A.A.) is a data access device that provides a complete interface between audio or data transmission equipment and a telephone line. All functions are integrated into a single thick film hybrid module that provides high voltage isolation, very high reliability and optimum circuit design, requiring a minimum of external components.
MITEL SP8402 handbook
The SP8402 is a very low phase noise divider which divides by powers of two. It features data inputs for selecting the division ratio and special circuit techniques to reduce phase noise below that of standard dividers.
MITEL MT8808 ISO-CMOS Data Sheet
MT8808 is an 8x8 analog switch array with internal control latches and address decoder, short set-up and hold times, wide operating voltage range, 12Vpp analog signal capability, low distortion full CMOS switch, and other features.
MITEL MT8870D/MT8870D-1 Integrated DTMF Receiver
MT8870D/MT8870D-1 is a complete DTMF receiver with features including complete DTMF receiver functionality, low power consumption, internal gain setting amplifier, adjustable guard time, central office quality, power-down mode, inhibit mode, backward compatibility with MT8870C/MT8870C-1. It is suitable for receiver systems for British Telecom (BT) or CEPT Spec (MT8870D-1), as well as applications such as paging systems, repeater systems/mobile radio, credit card systems, remote control, personal computers, telephone answering machines.
MITEL MT8880C/MT8880C-1 handbook
The MT8880C/C-1 is a monolithic DTMF transceiver with call progress filter. It is fabricated in Mitel’s ISO2-CMOS technology, which provides low power dissipation and high reliability. The DTMF receiver is based upon the industry standard MT8870 monolithic DTMF receiver; the transmitter utilizes a switched capacitor D/A converter for low distortion, high accuracy DTMF signalling. Internal counters provide a burst mode such that tone bursts can be transmitted with precise timing. A call progress filter can be selected allowing a microprocessor to analyze call progress tones. A standard microprocessor bus is provided and is directly compatible with 6800 series microprocessors. The MT8880C-1 is functionally identical to the MT8880C except for the performance of the receiver section, which is enhanced to accept and reject lower signal levels.
MITEL SP5658 Data sheet
The SP5658 is a single chip frequency synthesiser designed for tuning systems up to 2.7GHz. The RF preamplifer contains a divide by two prescaler which can be disabled for applications up to 2GHz so enabling a step size equal to the comparison frequency up to 2GHz and twice the comparison frequency up to 2.7GHz. Comparison frequencies are obtained either from a crystal controlled on–chip oscillator or from an external source. The device contains two switching ports, in the 14 pin version and four in the 16 pin, together with an ‘‘in–lock” flag output. The device also contains a varactor line disable and charge pump disable facility.
