About this manual

The Toshiba TLP3021F(S), TLP3022F(S) and TLP3023F(S) are GaAs infrared LED‑driven photo‑triacs packaged in a six‑lead DIP. They are intended for general electronics applications such as computers, office equipment, measuring devices, industrial robotics and domestic appliances.

The devices meet several safety and regulatory approvals (UL1577, VDE0884, EN60065, EN60950, BS EN60065, SEMKO) and include handling and disposal warnings due to the toxic GaAs material. Unintended usage in safety‑critical or high‑reliability equipment is expressly prohibited.
