About this manual

The TLWW8600 is a clear, non‑diffused TELUX™ series LED designed in a 7.62 mm square package using advanced InGaN technology. It offers high luminous flux, excellent heat dissipation (RthJP = 90 K/W) and can operate at junction temperatures up to 100 °C, making it suitable for demanding automotive and exterior lighting applications.

Key electrical and optical characteristics include a forward voltage of 4.3 V to 5.2 V at 50 mA, reverse voltage rating of 10 µA, power dissipation of 255 mW, and a luminous flux of 630 – 1000 mlm. The device is lead‑free, ESD‑withstand >1 kV, and is packaged in tubes for automatic insertion.

Typical applications are exterior lighting, dashboard illumination, and tail‑, stop‑ and turn‑signal lamps for motor vehicles. The datasheet also contains thermal resistance data, package dimensions, and an ozone‑depleting substances policy statement.
