This document describes the features and characteristics of the Vishay TLMW310 high intensity SMD LED.
The TLMW310 is a high‑intensity white SMD LED built with InGaN technology and a PLCC‑2 package that contains a white thermoplastic encapsulant and a TAG phosphor reflector to convert part of the blue emission to yellow, producing white light. It offers a typical color temperature of 5500 K, ESD class 1, and is compatible with infrared, vapor‑phase, and wave‑solder processes.
Typical applications include automotive dashboard backlighting, telecommunication indicator lighting, LCD backlights, office equipment, indoor/outdoor message boards, and general illumination as an alternative to incandescent lamps. The device is supplied on 8 mm tape reels and is lead‑free.
