This document describes the features and characteristics of Agilent T-13/4 (5 mm) Precision Optical Performance InGaN Blue and Green Lamps, including well defined spatial radiation pattern, viewing angles, high luminous output, colors, resistance to moisture, and UV resistant epoxy.
The Agilent T-13/4 (5 mm) lamps are high‑intensity InGaN LEDs available in blue (472 nm) and green (526 nm). They feature well‑defined spatial radiation patterns with selectable viewing angles of 15° or 30° and are built with UV‑resistant epoxy for superior moisture and temperature resistance.
These LEDs are suited for commercial outdoor signage, automotive interior lighting, and front‑panel indicators or backlighting. Detailed electrical and optical specifications, part‑numbering, and packaging dimensions are provided for designers.
