This document describes the 10 Amp Schottky rectifiers, SK102 to SK1010, with operating voltage range from 20 to 100 volts. The rectifiers are designed for surface mount applications and feature extremely low thermal resistance, easy pick and place, and high current capability with low forward voltage.
The SK102‑SK1010 series are surface‑mount Schottky rectifiers designed for high‑current, low‑forward‑voltage applications. They feature extremely low thermal resistance, easy pick‑and‑place handling, and can withstand high‑temperature soldering up to 250 °C for 10 seconds.
The datasheet provides maximum ratings such as 10 A forward current, reverse voltages from 20 V to 100 V, operating temperature range –55 °C to +125 °C, and typical thermal resistance of 20 °C/W. Electrical characteristics include forward voltage, reverse leakage, junction capacitance (≈500 pF), and derating curves for current and voltage.
| Maximum Forward Current | 10 A |
|---|---|
| Maximum Reverse Voltage | 20 V‑100 V (model dependent) |
| Operating Temperature Range | -55 °C to +125 °C |
| Storage Temperature Range | -55 °C to +150 °C |
| Typical Thermal Resistance | 20 °C/W (junction‑to‑lead) |
The diodes are rated for a maximum forward current of 10 A.
The series covers reverse voltages from 20 V up to 100 V, depending on the specific model.
They operate between –55 °C and +125 °C.
Typical thermal resistance is about 20 °C/W from junction to lead.
