The TK732xx is an electronic component produced by TOKO. It has a maximum output current of 5A, internal short circuit protection, excellent load regulation, CMOS/TTL-compatible switches, internal reverse bias current protection switches, internal thermal shutdown, wide operating voltage range, high impedance VSENSE pin (off mode), and continuous and pulsed current modes. The component is widely used in battery powered systems, cellular/cordless telephones, radio control systems, wireless communication systems, portable instrumentations, portable computers, personal digital assistants, local area network (LAN) receivers, lithium ion battery chargers and power recovery for microprocessors.
