About this manual

The VI‑200 family is Vicor’s first‑generation zero‑current‑switching DC‑DC converter line, offering high power density, up to 90 % efficiency, and a wide range of output voltages from 2 V to 150 V. The converters operate at frequencies up to 2 MHz and include features such as remote sense, current limit, over‑voltage protection, and thermal shutdown.

Packaging is available in SlimMod™ flangeless modules and FinMod™ modules with integral finned heatsinks. Detailed electrical parameters, mechanical dimensions, and thermal characteristics are listed in the tables, and additional power can be obtained by using Vicor Power Boosters.
