57 Filtered Arrays XD is a surface mount EMI filter that provides an EMI filtered signal line between electronic modules. It has effective insertion loss from 1MHz up to ~ 1GHz. It has three types of XD07, XD06 and XD03, with capacitance range of 33nF ¡ 120nF, 15nF ¡ 68nF and 8.2nF ¡ 39nF, rated voltage of 200VDC and 500VDC.
The AVX XD filtered array is designed to be used beneath a connector to provide an EMI‑filtered signal line between electronic modules. It is surface‑mount compatible and offers effective insertion loss from 1 MHz up to approximately 1 GHz.
The datasheet lists the dielectric classes (X7R, NPO), temperature coefficient (AGC/C < +15% from –55 °C to +125 °C), climatic category (55/125/56), rated voltage options (200 VDC, 500 VDC), test voltage limits, termination materials (silver, palladium, platinum), and detailed capacitance ranges for each array type.
| Dielectric Class | X7R, NPO |
|---|---|
| Temperature Coefficient | AGC/C < +15% (‑55 °C to +125 °C) |
| Climatic Category | 55 / 125 / 56 |
| Rated Voltage | 200 VDC, 500 VDC |
| Test Voltage | 2 × Up or 1.5 × Up |
| Insertion Loss Frequency Range | 1 MHz – ~1 GHz |
| Termination Materials | Silver, Palladium, Platinum |
It provides an EMI‑filtered signal line between electronic modules and is intended to be used beneath a connector.
The arrays can be terminated with silver, palladium, or platinum on either four or two sides of the array.
The XD series is available in X7R and NPO dielectric classes.
Rated voltages are 200 VDC or 500 VDC depending on the specific array type.
