BAS20 is a small signal diode from MCC with excellent switching speed and low power consumption. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward current rating of 200mA. The reverse recovery time is 50ns.
The BAS19, BAS20, and BAS21 are small‑signal switching diodes offered by Micro Commercial Components (MCC). They are supplied in an SOT‑23 molded‑plastic package and are suited for automatic insertion, with a 150 °C junction rating and fast switching speed.
The datasheet lists key specifications such as a 200 V reverse voltage, 200 mA forward current, 1.25 V forward voltage at 200 mA, 50 ns reverse recovery time, and a 250 mW power dissipation rating. Ordering information, tape‑and‑reel packaging options, and mechanical dimensions are also included.
