This manual describes the basic functions and operating instructions of the BOXLIGHT PRO80S3 projector.
The Boxlight PRO80S3 is a three‑chip DLP projector with a native 1280 × 720 (16:9) resolution that accepts 720p video via a DVI‑D connector. It is driven by two MTV312M64 microcomputers that manage lamp ballast, formatters and IR remote functions.
The manual details the rear‑panel connectors, rocker‑switch power sequencing, serial communication settings, lamp and filter replacement steps, and the infrared remote control for lens shift, zoom and focus. It also includes command tables for color correction, ambient‑light compensation and film‑projector lockout.

Turn off and unplug the projector, wait 60 minutes, then follow the lamp‑module steps: loosen the lamp door thumbscrews, open the door, remove securing screws, extract the lamp tray, remove the lamp‑module screws and take out the lamp module for replacement.
With the main power switch on, depress the left side of the rocker switch for at least half a second to power up the unit, or press the POWER button on the IR remote for two seconds.
It accepts a 720p video signal through a DVI‑D connector; there is no scaler on board.
Use the infrared remote control (model T320L) – the remote provides dedicated buttons for lens shift, zoom and focus adjustments.
