IDT7133/7143 high speed 2K x 16 dual-port SRAMs offer high performance, low power consumption and multiple functions for a wide range of applications including computers, communications, industrial control and consumer electronics.
The IDT7133SA/LA and IDT7143SA/LA are high‑speed 2K × 16 dual‑port static RAMs offered in standard‑power (SA) and low‑power (LA) versions. They can operate as a stand‑alone 16‑bit RAM or as a MASTER‑SLAVE pair to achieve 32‑bit or wider word widths. Features include separate write control for each byte, on‑chip arbitration (MASTER only), and a busy flag for write protection.
The devices are supplied in 68‑pin ceramic PGA, 68‑pin flat‑pack, 68‑pin PLCC, and 100‑pin TQFP packages and meet MIL‑PRF‑38535 QML for military applications. Electrical specifications cover supply voltage 0.5‑7.0 V, typical active power 1.15 W (SA) or 1.05 W (LA), and standby power as low as 1 mW (LA). Temperature ranges span commercial (0 °C to +70 °C), industrial (‑40 °C to +85 °C), and military (55 °C to 125 °C).
