About this manual

The BAS70‑00‑V to BAS70‑06‑V family are small‑signal Schottky diodes offered in single and dual configurations. They feature very low turn‑on voltage, fast switching, and a PN‑junction guard ring that protects against electrostatic discharge. The devices are lead‑free and comply with RoHS 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC standards.

The datasheet lists mechanical details (SOT23 plastic case, approx. 8.8 mg weight), electrical characteristics (70 V reverse voltage, forward voltage 410 mV at 1 mA, 1 V at 15 mA, leakage current 100 nA at 50 V), thermal data (RthJA 500 K/W, Tj 125 °C) and packaging options (GS18/GS08 reels, boxes). It also includes ordering codes, a policy statement on ozone‑depleting substances, and a legal disclaimer.
