About this manual

The MH16V72TJ series are high‑density dynamic RAM modules intended for use as main memory in computers and microcomputers. Each module consists of eighteen 16M × 4 bit TSOP DRAMs and two input buffers in TSSOP packages, mounted in a 168‑pin (84‑pin dual‑in‑line) socket for easy replacement or addition.

The datasheet provides full pin‑out, electrical characteristics, timing requirements, and absolute maximum ratings, including supply voltage ranges, power dissipation limits, operating temperature limits, and detailed access‑time specifications for both the -6 and -7 variants.
