About this manual

The MAX13000E‑MAX13005E family provides ultra‑low‑voltage, 6‑channel level translation for multivoltage systems. Devices operate with V L from 0.9 V up to VCC and VCC from 1.5 V to 3.6 V, offering bidirectional or unidirectional translation without a direction pin. They feature low quiescent current (<4 µA) and ±15 kV ESD protection on the VCC side.

The series is offered in 16‑bump UCSP and 16‑pin TSSOP packages and is rated for –40 °C to +85 °C operation. Data rates are guaranteed at 230 kbps for MAX13000E‑MAX13002E and 20 Mbps for MAX13003E‑MAX13005E when VCC exceeds 1.65 V. Detailed electrical characteristics, timing diagrams, pin descriptions and ordering information are provided.
