About this manual

The DG417, DG418, and DG419 are precision, CMOS, monolithic analog switches offering low on‑resistance, low charge injection, and high ESD tolerance. They are available in SPST (DG417/DG418) and SPDT (DG419) configurations and support both single‑supply (+10V to +30V) and bipolar (±4.5V to ±20V) operation.

Key specifications include on‑resistance matching of up to 3 Ω, flatness of up to 4 Ω, switching times under 175 ns (turn‑on) and 145 ns (turn‑off), off‑leakage below 5 nA at +85 °C, and an ESD rating of at least 2000 V. The devices are suited for sample‑and‑hold circuits, communication systems, test equipment, and many other applications.
