About this manual

The Maxim MX7501, MX7502 and MX7503 are monolithic CMOS analog multiplexers designed for low‑power applications. The MX7501 provides a single‑ended 1‑of‑8 switch, the MX7502 a differential 2‑of‑8 switch, and the MX7503 is identical to the MX7501 with an active‑low enable.

The devices operate from a single supply of +4.5 V to +18 V (or dual supplies of +5 V to +18 V), consume no more than 6 mW, and are available in several DIP, CERDIP, LCC and dice packages. Detailed electrical characteristics, pin configurations and ordering information are provided.
