About this manual

The DG441 and DG442 are quad, single‑pole/single‑throw (SPST) analog switches. The DG441 offers four normally‑closed contacts, while the DG442 provides four normally‑open contacts. Both devices feature on‑resistance matching of up to 4 Ω, flat on‑resistance across the signal range (≤9 Ω), low charge injection (≤10 pC), low power consumption (≤1.65 mW), and an ESD tolerance of 2000 V.

These switches operate from a single +10 V to +30 V supply or bipolar ±4.5 V to ±20 V supplies and are suitable for a wide range of analog signal switching applications, including communication systems, test equipment, and audio‑signal routing. Ordering information, package options, and temperature ranges are provided for various device variants.
