This document introduces the design, technical data, ordering methods, contact arrangements, mounting dimensions, separating and coupling dimensions, shell styles and dimensions, accessories, contact dimensions, tools, and product safety information of CA-COM and CA-COM-B industrial connectors. The CA-COM-B connector features a bayonet coupling and is mateable with all connectors according to VG95234 and series CA-B. It can use solder or crimp contacts, offers contact arrangements with 1 to 37 contacts, supports wire sizes from 0.14 to 2.5 mm², has shells made of aluminum alloy to withstand high mechanical strain, and is surface protected by nickel plating. It also has a resilient insulator (polychloroprene) for a wide temperature range (-55/125°C) and is resistant against aggressive fluids like fuel, oil, etc. Environmental sealing can be achieved with adapters for PG termination, universal endbell, and heat shrink boots. It has a minimum of 500 mating cycles and is waterproof (1 bar, 12 hours). The CA-COM connector features a threaded coupling and is mateable with all connectors according to MIL-C-5015 and series CA. It can use solder or crimp contacts, offers contact arrangements with 1 to 37 contacts, supports wire sizes from 0.14 up to 2.5 mm², has shells made of aluminum alloy to withstand high mechanical strain, and is surface protected by nickel plating. It also has a resilient insulator (polychloroprene) for a wide temperature range (-55/125°C) and is resistant against aggressive fluids like fuel, oil, etc.
