About this manual

The MAX6035 is a three‑terminal, high‑supply‑voltage voltage reference designed for battery‑operated, high‑performance systems. It offers output‑voltage options of 2.5 V, 3.0 V and 5.0 V, a low temperature coefficient of 25 ppm/°C (max), and an initial accuracy of ±0.2 % (max). The device draws only about 73 µA of quiescent supply current and can source up to 10 mA or sink 2 mA of load current.

The reference operates from a supply range of 4.4 V to 33 V, is stable with capacitive loads up to 5 µF, and works from –40 °C to +125 °C (some variants –40 °C to +85 °C). No external output capacitor is required, saving board space in space‑critical applications.
